The Lipozene reviews you see around the internet are many but can you trust any of them and how do you know whether or not the Lipozene reviews can actually help you to lose weight. That is why I started this blog. I was a person who was obese for basically most of my adulthood. Like you, I have tried many diets and weight loss pills hoping to shed the unwanted pounds. On this blog, I will give you some facts about Lipozene, what claims the company makes and my own experience with using the product. In previous articles, I did give you some background information about the company. Just in case you missed it, here is a little recap.
Lipozene Reviews and General Information
Lipozene is manufactured by the Obesity Research Institute. They have been on the market for a few years now. According to a video on their website Lipozene is a “weight loss breakthrough” and is “clinically proven to help reduce body fat and weight” without having to change your daily routine. There is a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisified or did not lose weight. The website claims you can return for a full refund. The Lipozene reviews on the internet are mixed. Keep reading below for my results.
The main ingredient in the products is Glucomannan. Glucomannan is a fiber that expands in size when it comes in contact with water. This is sort of a like a sponge. It stretches your stomach. As a result, your brain thinks you are full. As a result, you do not eat as much and you should lose weight. This is the way other diet pills work that have the same ingredient. Some of the negative Lipozene Reviews are below.
Negative Lipozene Reviews
Negative Lipozene Reviews:
I took this as directed for a month when I was working full time, I was really shocked at how bad this product is! I wasn’t pigging out or anything.
I tried the product Lipozene and honestly I did not see much of a weight loss in 30 days. To me it did not live up to it’s clams of weight loss and the positive Lipozene reviews.
I would not recommend this product due to it having no results, a waste of money, counter productive, even with diet and exercise and taking the max amount a day there were no changes.
Are these Negative Lipozene Reviews true? What were my actual results? Keep reading to find out if my experience was negative as indicated in the above Lipozene Reviews.
Lipozene Reviews and Claims
When any weight loss product comes on the market, the company likes to back up their product with clinical evidence. The makers of Lipozene claim to have done numerous clinical studies proving how effective their pill is. I did some research myself and actually searched the National Library of Medicine with the keyword “Lipozene”. There were no studies that pulled up. This only leads me to believe that they actually do not have clinical evidence behind the product, which in itself is false advertising. There have been studies however done on the main ingredient Glucomannan, which did show positive results for men and women trying to lose weight over a period of four months. The study did note that exercise was incorporated in order for the participants to lose weight.
Lipozene Reviews – My actual Results
So, do the Lipozene positive reviews hold true. I ordered the package from their official website as I did not feel safe ordering elsewhere. When the package arrived at my doorstep and I unwrapped the plastic, it looked exactly like the website photo. The instructions are to take 2 capsules three times a day before each meal. For best results, you need to take it with an 8 ounce glass of water approximately 30 minutes before each meal. I decided to try the pills for 30 days.
For the first week, I had trouble swallowing the pill. I have always had issues with swallowing pills but did not want to crush these up like other diet pills. After the first week, it got easier to swallow the pills and then it was a non-issue. I would take them in the morning before I headed off to work and kept them in my lunch bag, so I wouldn’t forget to take them at lunch time.
By the end of week 1, I was feeling a little nauseated. I did not notice that my appetite was getting smaller at all. By the end of week 2, I did notice a slight change in my appetite. I was eating a little less but nothing significant. By the end of week 3, a significant decrease in my appetite still was unnoticeable. The nausea returned along with feeling bloated. By this time, I stepped on the scale to see if there was any change in my weight loss. By the end of week 3, I had not lost any weight. Things were starting to look downhill and the negative Lipozene reviews were starting to creep up into my head. I still wanted to stick it out for the course of the month so I continued taking the pills. By the end of Week 4, my results were not suprising. After 30 days of taking the supplement, I DID NOT LOSE ANY WEIGHT. Please keep in mind that prior to actually taking the pill, I was not an terribly unhealthy eater to begin with. I had my occasional piece of chocolate and I did brisk walking for 45 minutes three times per week. With that being said, I still did not lose any weight.
Lipozene Reviews – Conclusion
The lipozene reviews around the internet are mixed. After being disappointed, I searched more and more for lipozene reviews and found that the majority are negative. There were even some major online retailers that the majority of people gave the diet pill a poor rating. Also, I find out that the Obesity Research Institute LLC (makers of Lipozene) had been fined 1.5 million by the FTC for making misleading claims about weight loss. My suspicion is that it has to do with the clinical trial claims which I could not find. My review sadly is a negative one like so many others Lipozene reviews and I don’t recommend you buy this product.
